When the liquid and gas separator is not in use, clean the drilling fluid in the equipment and wash it with water. It is strictly forbidden to store the mud in the separator to prevent the mud from being used normally after it is dry and solid.

In general, the liquid and gas separator is installed on the side ground of the mud tank. The ground shall be horizontal, solid and equipped with anchor bolt pit.

When installation, use crane to lift the lifting lug on the top of the main body to lift vertically with the ground, slowly put it down, and then use steel wire rope from the upper part of the main body and the ground to take up, to ensure the main body and the ground is vertical, casting anchor bolts, fastening.

After installation, direct the exhaust line to a distance of 60-80m from the wellhead. The slurry inlet is connected with the rotary blowout preventer or throttle manifold, close the blowout butterfly valve, open the slurry outlet butterfly valve, and connect the pipe line to the mud tank.

When handling, remove the manifold, loosen the tension wire rope, use the crane to lift the top of the main body, loosen the anchor bolt to place the horizontal, at this time the ladder can be used as a handling support.

KOSUN Vacuum degasser is a kind of special degasser for treating gas-immersed drilling fluid, and its degasser rate is up to 95%, which is suitable for all kinds of oil drilling solid control system. It plays an important role in restoring mud proportion, stabilizing mud viscosity and reducing drilling cost. At the same time, it can also be used as high power agitator.

KOSUN vacuum degasser used vacuum suction effect, cause negative pressure zone in a vacuum tank, mud under the action of atmospheric pressure, through the suction pipe into the hollow shaft of rotor, again by the window around the hollow shaft, the jet shaped into the tank wall, round due to the collision and separation effect, make the separation of drilling fluid into thin layer, immersed in the mud bubbles, gas evolution, through hollow pump suction and the separation of gas water separator, the exhaust pipe line to the safety of gas by the separator, the mud by the impeller discharge outside the tank. 2. Before the vacuum degasser starts, the end of the drain pipe and suction pipe should be immersed in the mud at the same time, otherwise it will not work normally;

3. After the vacuum degasser is started, check the rotation direction of the motor, which should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the tank and pump. The water in the pump and the air-water separator must be drained;
